Terms and conditions
These terms explain how ordering, payment and cancellation work for Casa Corral.
Ordering
Submitting the order form sends you an email straight away with your order reference, a payment link, and our bank details.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website. Your confirmation email includes your order reference and payment details — either a bank transfer or a payment link. Please use your order reference when paying so we can match it to your order.
Confirmation
Your order is confirmed once we've received your payment — we check for payment manually and start cooking once that's done, so please pay promptly if you need your tortilla by a particular date.
Collection
We only offer collection — we do not deliver. All orders are collected in person from Victoria train station, London SW1V 1PZ, at the date and time you choose on the order form.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel free of charge any time before cooking has started, for a full refund. Once cooking has started your order can no longer be cancelled, as the ingredients have been committed and the tortilla is being made specifically for you. If something goes wrong on our side — for example we can't fulfil your order — we will offer a full refund.
Allergens
Tortillas are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens including eggs, milk, gluten and nuts may be present, including through cross-contact. Please tell us about any allergies or intolerances in the order notes before you pay, so we can let you know whether we can safely make your order.
